Harry has over twenty years experience in sales and marketing: working with
both global blue chips and hi-tech start-ups. Much of his career has been spent
helping businesses of all sizes get to grips with formulating and delivering successful
B2B and B2C sales, marketing, and e-business strategies. Harry has held numerous
directorship positions relating to e-business strategies including setting up and
directing BT’s corporate Internet and Business consultancy practice he was also
a member of the BT’s core data strategy and e-commerce development teams. He has
an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a member of the CIM.
Lizelle van Rhyn, Head of Customer Services
Lizelle has 10 years of customer service experience and is highly experienced in
setting up procedures to support customer services integral to SME and Blue Chip
